DLCs purchased on the PS store not working with physical version of Cities: Skylines (PS4)

Hello. I recently redeem 3 DLCs on the PS store for the game and, although on the store it says that they have been purchased and installed I do not see them in the game. I have a physical copy of the game for the PS4 but it looks like I have to purchase a digital copy in order to use the DLCs which would make zero sense to have to buy the game again in order to use them. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? Please let me know. Thank you.

No doubt the Sony region of your base game DVD is different to the PSN store you bought the DLCs from. Sony is very strict on enforcing their region restrictions!

The region is a number 1-5 on the back of the DVD box. If that does not match your PSN store region, you need to contact PSN support to swap those DLCs for ones from the right region, or perhaps you might need to refund them and buy the right ones, not sure how they handle it.

Why they let you buy mismatched DLCs I do not understand!

That's it! I'm in the US but the game, according to its CUSA code is from the EU.

At least now I know what the problem is and will try to do what you said.
