This happens in I believe all of the character list windows, but I'll just refer to the spouse finding window right now. If I scroll through the list and select someone for a spouse to see how the results look (chance of kids, alliance info, etc) and then clear that person to try a different spouse candidate, the scroll bar for the character listing goes back to the top of the list every time. This gets annoying when you're trying to check many characters because you have to scroll back down to where you left off and finding that point can be a pain. It should be like CK2 where the scroll bar doesn't reset to the top and just stays where it was when you selected someone so you can continue from where you left off.
