Dornish law for the seven kingdoms!

Hey , i've been thinking , would it be possible to add a possibility of switching from the law of the Andals to the Dornish law for the all seven kingdoms, think about it, equal right for inheritance for women , a possibility to have official mistresses (or sugarboys^^) or no more malus (- 50 temple vassal opinion ) for Targ brother/sister marriage (Dornish people are so permissive sexually^^).

To unlock this Dornish law maybe we could add some prerequisites let say minimal faih authority, all vassal shouldn't have a negative opinion of you, maybe the necesitty to have a dornish queen or a dornish hand of the King.

I can't see that really happening in lore like the Dornish beliefs stem from their ancestry from the Rhoynar as opposed to the Andals and First Men so I cannot really see any of the other seven kingdoms going for that at all.
