When I start up CK, every game I play right at the start Bohemia proclaims itself a Kingdom, Should I do this if I'm playing Bohemia?

That is the 1187-scenario, right ? Since in 1066, Bohemia can't declare itself a kingdom right away, since it lacks the gold to do that.

In general it is always better to be king then to be duke (and vassal of a king), but as Bohemia in 1066 it is worthwhile to wait a bit before making yourself king. You start out with claims on the two Silesian provinces, first conquer them with the help of your liege and only then declare yourself king.

I did exalty as you said Veld, and it worked out perfectly. Its 1100 and i'm about to finsh Poland :D. Should I place my Sons and Brothers as dukes? I've got alot of family. They are already counts tho.

Well they need to be counts to get duke titles. You get prestige from duke vassals, but not count vassals, when you're a king.

And yea, family members get a loyalty bonus. I wouldn't give duchies to your brothers unless they're old and childless, and thus your heir will inherit them as well. Otherwise the family loyalty bonus will disappear completely within a generation or two, whereas your chosen son and heir will get the full bonus from his brothers for all of his reign (and the bonus sons get is larger than the one brothers get anyway, and they'll likely get the bonus for being at the top of the succession too).

It is always sensible to give at least your heir lands .. and plenty of it, as he will then be able to gain some prestige before he takes over your kingdom.

If you have tons of prestige and have gotten used to all the vassals being über-loyal because of it ... you might get into trouble once a prestige-less son takes over.

I've given all of my 7 sons Duchy titles and my king is about to die lol. Luckily I went Crusading and my Heir was the highest ranking guy in the army, so he got stacks of prestige from that, so I am good for now. But I can't anymore as the fatamids have gone and now the Sejuiks own everything everything execpt for my other son's tiny little duchy of Antioch. How could I get my Heir's Heir some prestige?

you can't ... until he becomes your heir (when your current ruler dies) :) ... then you can give him the new ruler's old duchy titles if you wish.
