Building templar houses doesn't increase piety

In the info tooltip of the provincial building window it is said that completing the building of a templar's house should increase your piety by 25 (one-time increase). Well I have tried building templar houses in many provinces but never got the bonus neither when completing nor when starting the building process.

Is this a known bug or a misunderstanding on my part?

Neither do churches or monestaries. I think the tooltips were not updated with 1.01.

Tooltips take their info from the events, which have the bonus. It doesn't seem to work though.. or it's similar to the Castle thing.. +50000 means +500.. so anything below 100 isn't likely to be noticed?

Just tested : added one_time piety and prestige of 25000 for Royal Post.. didn't do anything.. so that theory is dead.

Tooltips works fine, the problem are all the effects that deals with the piety and prestige, none works, neither one time bonus nor periodic ones
