mobilized armies disappearing due to change in ruler...

Don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but I had a problem recently in version 1.02 as the Dukas in Byzantium. The Emperor was at war with one of his vassals and naturally had all of his troops mobalized... 5500 in Byzantion alone.... and then suddenly dies. As I was the strongest of his vassals I took over, only to find every single one of the emperors old fiefs was completely depleted of troops. My old provinces still had troops, but the ones that had the mobilization were drained to nothing.

Has this been seen by anyone else?
