Neither of those are changed in DVIP so this must be a vanilla issue -- if it is an issue and not historically accurate.
There are more cases where countries or dynasties have similar or identical COAs.

I'm pretty sure vanilla Leiningen has some other CoA (can't remember which one though). That count could accidentally become count of Nevers (e.g.) with the same CoA as Besancon or inherit Leiningen and move there... Many possible variants

Might be a good idea to rename the old ones first ... just in case you'll need them.
