EIC on Steam

I Have EIC on Steam an two PC Where the game dose not work.
The game start the intro and before the menü is displayed the game crased

the first PC is a:


Windows 7 64 Bit
AMD Phenom II X4 940 Processor 3.00 Ghz
8,00 GB Ram
ATI HD 4800 with 1GB Ram

the second PC is a:

Windows XP Service Pack 3 32 Bit
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+
2,00 GB Ram
GeForce 7950 GT

I have all testet and nothing works

i have find the problem if the game german installed crash it after intro about it is english it works
