Short summary of your issue When Playing Elvira, the quest to save her son from an enemy racket glitches and won't complete.

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I believe I deleted this save seeing as the game was bugged and I couldn't continue the main quest line. I finished clearing out the racket. I went to go talk to Lorenzo and the line about him managing the racket came up. The quest still said that I needed to save him. They stayed in the racket and didn't leave therefore rendering the quest unbeatable.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I would assume simply loading a game with Elvira would get this to replicate, I'm not sure if this happens every time since I only played her once.

How much "pain" is this causing you?

I'm surprised as a paying customer we still don't get a response for a broken game missing a major part of the mission? Wasn't this mission suppose to be special considering the character is the Romero grandmother? At least have the decency to respond so we don't feel like we've been ripped off and deprived of our hard earned money! Provide some real customer service please??
