Enemy can annex my new Vassal

Description​

So I was fighting Georgia and Trebizond. After Aq Qoyunlu attacked Trebizond aswell, I decided to vassalize them, in Order to fight a defensive war against Aq Qoyunlu. 4 Days after I vassalized Trebizond, they got fully annexed by Aq Qoyunlu. I didnt got called into the war also.
I assume (thanks to Reddit), that they unconditionally surrendered before I vassalized them and the Ai probably could annex them because of this even after I vassalized them.

I assume this is not intended design.

Because I cant upload more then 1 screenshot, I also include all 3 Screenshots in the zip file.

Steps to reproduce​

Probably fully occupy a opm and wait until another one declare on them and they unconditionally surrendered to them.

To make it easier I included my save file at this point, so you can load it (dont unpause), vassalize them and then wait 4 Days.
