"Enforce Chalcedon" vanished

So as the Roman Empire, I enforced Chalcedon as a decision.

Having done that, I have noticed that "Enforce Ephesus" has vanished from my decisions menu.

Note, it's the same if I Enforce Ephesus first and try to Enforce Chalcedon afterwards.

Bug or is there an invisible cool-down between taking these decisions?

That's WAD. A character can only mend one Christian schism in their lifetime. Your heir should be able to enforce the council you choose not to.
