Entirely unable to participate in multiplayer...

Single player works lovely
multiplayer i can host no one can join
i try to join the meta server and it spins the hour glass till sengoku stops responding... this is happening multiple times
i bought the game through steam. not sure what is going on.

I have windows 8 on a brand new gaming laptop all specs match and the drivers are fully updated. not sure where to go from here.

if not, try hamachi/tunngle.
Tunngle worked for me, to play mp =)
