Error code 32500

I’ve read under another post that this error code means I have my paradox account attached to another Xbox console (which is true, I now have a new Xbox). I was wondering if you could please unlink my old account so I can add it to my new Xbox, please?

I think I have the same problem because when I try to link my paradox account on my Xbox it comes with server error 32500. This may be due to the fact that I reset my Xbox but kept all my games. Is there anything you can do about this
