Error from Windows when starts the game

My problem is every time when I start HoI2 the game is start to loading,then whet is is at "Loading Grafics' it come a black monitor,then the musik stop and the error form Windows come to tell me my IP is in the bottom of the problem.I've pached the game but the problem is there.I don't know what to do.
My Pc is very good:
P4 3.4GHz
2GB DDR-400 RAM
GeForce 6800
Windows XP Prof SP2

No, I buy my game from a shop spesial for games,it is legal,but my Windows isn't legal.So if i report this problem FBI and CIA will come to my home and take mi with them.

Okay let's try some standard things.
1) Make sure you have the latest patch for the game.
2) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back
3) Set the color depth to 16BIT
4) Turn off everything in the background like E-mail/ICQ/Messenger, Virus protection and everything in the system tray beside the clock.
5) Update your Windows, update your Video card drivers and audio card drivers. Then repeat steps 1-3.
