Esotericism doesn't work anymore on Pilgrimages (no Wisdom Man exp)

Description​

Esotericism before T&T used to give you a chance for Wise Man trait after pilgrimages or improve that trait to second or third level if you already have a previous one, tooltip says that you get a trait or 'the wisdom still eludes you' or sth like that if you haven't. Seems like this was not properly updated to the new exp system as you can get Wise Man trait from pilgrimages but you can;t upgrade it as you don;t get any new wise man trait nor there is any tootlip saying what happens.
I saw also a bug report that says the Esotericism tenet and Auspicious Birthright tenets does not support each other, those two might be connected then.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as any character with high learning stats practicing religion with Esotericism tenets, do many pilgrimages and see what happens (or what doesn't!). See also 2 last characters in the saved attached, each of them have completed many pilgrimages, but the trait hasn't been updated. First got Mysitc (2 level) on event in Rome and than trait hasn't been updated nor he didn't; get any wisdom man exp. Second one got Wise Man level 1 trait on first pilgrimages yet this haven't been update nor he didn't; get any wisdom man exp despite many pilgrimages completed. Both had very high wisdom stats, and after pilgrimages there were no tooltips saying 'wisdom still eludes' you or anything else.
