EU2 Crash

I am having a problem with EU2 crashing. Every time I click on a scenario to get info, and then quit the game, it crashes.

Thankfully, this problem does not happen when I actually play a scenario...only when I get info about the scenario.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

My Specs:
Windows XP SP3
2.4 Ghz P-4
1 GB RAM
NVidia FX 5500 (driver 175.19)
EU2 version 1.09

Not really, no. You could try a complete reinstall - move valued save games elsewhere, then uninstall the game. Manually delete the game directory, then install EU2 then 1.09 immediately. Then before running for the first time rename the AVI directory to anything else.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the reinstall. It still crashes under the circumstances I described.

Fortunately, it's not a big deal. It hasn't crashed during regular gameplay.
