Event " A Ruler's Path " not respecting Gender Law

Description​

Not sure if this is an intended exception or a missing check, but I had this event targetting my daughter while the Gender Law "Males Prefered" is in place (which means that woman can get titles, unless they are the only heirs, which isn't the case here), allowing me to give her a title.

Steps to reproduce​

If it is not WAD: Investigate event code or use my savegame with said event pending

This Event may be nice, but it can even target a County, where you have stationed your Men-at-Arms, so there is another Bug here, the Event should look for Counties without Men-at-Arms.

And should probably blocked, if any of your Childs has already a Title.
