Event for losing a title.

I have always been annoyed at the fact that the AI seem to hoard ducal and king titles, even after losing any territory/vassals belonging to the title. I think that I could script an event that could check for this, and turn those lost titles into claims. However, I haven't been able to find a command to remove a title from a charachter. Does such a command exist? If it doesn't, would there be any way to get around that?

You can't lose a title through events.

There is no event-command for that.

It would be nice, you're right. It's what the usurp command should really do.

edit: In the meantime, btw, what you do is edit the saved game. Go to the bottom, search up for the tag. You should see it with a holder and a bunch of claims around it. Delete the holder line or use the info to change it into a claim line (be sure to use a unique - ie, big - ID#.) Viola! Free title.
