Execution not working

Hey, i already did the basics like building a execution cell / execution room

but nothing shows up that i am now ready to execution prisoners.

I marked the cell with the deployment menu and build everything like in the first mission.

i hope someone is ready to help me

Best to also attach here that prison's save game file, so the gameplay experts can see what is wrong in your prison to cause this.
