Exploitable bangup riot bug.

When a riot is underway, you can literally just call a bangup on all sectors and all of the rioters will stop rioting, be punished and life can move on. If you cancel the bangup before prisoners are processed they will start to riot again. This is game breaking.

I know what you mean. I have this too! Used to use Bangup all the time when a riot was happening so I could start to get the prison under control. Feel like I am cheating using it now
