I am EU rookie, and have some questions.
a) why my Cabral fleet can't move in Azores port?
b) how much time is need for fleets to stay in port after long trip, before another
one?
c) does moral level affect attrition of the fleets?

1) You have to be careful to click on the Azores itself, not the water surrounding it. The port symbol is in the water so just click on the province itself.

2) I think that you can send them out right away and they'll be fully resupplied.
