Summary
Extremely high ransom amounts when using Mass RansomDescription
Ransom amounts for some individuals seems to be astronomically high, more than they should be when released in bulk. I'd claimed a prisoner of Barony level rank who rebelled against me and was promptly jailed. When they were ransomed for release using the Ransom All option, I was given 2221 gold for that individual (which was the actual amount that hit my coffers, not a UI bug).According to Wiki, a Baron rank should start with a maximum of 30 gold.
- If I have Golden Obligations which should raise it to x6 the jailers income (which at the time was around +20) then that should be a maximum ransom cost of 120 but with a hard maximum of 300.
- The Dynasty Legacy Pillage 3 should increase that again by 50% so at most, I should have only got 180 for a Baron, not 2200.
Have replicated again on a fresh file, see steps to replicate.
It seems that when prisoners are released as part of Mass Ransom, the first one goes for a normal price but subsequent prisoners can end up going for more than they are supposed to. And by the looks of it, it stacks with itself which is what may have allowed me to ransom a baron for several times their true value. This then seems to reset randomly during the chain back down and climbs back up again but in sufficient quantities allowed me to ransom that Baron somewhere in England for a four digit number.

Steps to reproduce
Note: I have got a single mod enabled, Advanced Cheat Menu, simply to allow me to quickly create the conditions needed to pull this off. I am not familiar enough with debug commands to allow me to console what I need.
Steam Workshop::Advanced Cheat Menu
1. Started a new playthrough as Jarl Bjorn of Uppland, 867 (just someone with access to "Norse" culture, he'll do)
2. Used the listed mod to give myself sufficient dynasty points to unlock Pillage 3 and spawn sufficient manpower to steal Dynasty Head off Jarl Ivar of the Sudreyjar so he doesn't mess with the allocation.
- I don't expect this to have altered the state sufficiently since it is just adding levies and dynasty points...?
3. Deliberately started a revolt from my vassals by attempting to imprison them and crushing the revolt with over 10,000 units until I had ten prisoners.
4. Each prisoner was worth either 15 or 75 for release (10 or 50 base +50% for Pillage 3) according to individual release option
- The split was roughly half and half between 15 and 75 worth but not everyone could afford their full release value
- Starting income was +3.2, no Golden Obligations perk
- Starting gold was 402
I should have got approximately 300 by the end of it but of course not everyone could afford 75 so I should have at most have around 700 gold. Instead I ended up with over 1000 gold. Checking the messages log I can also see that some individuals earned me nearly 100% more gold than they should have done or could have afforded to spend to free themselves, taking them down to 0.
Case in point, Chief Hrolfr. If I attempt to release him normally, he should only ever be worth 75 gold, yet when I released him as part of a mass release action he netted me 144 gold.
