Me and my friend were playing multiplayer tonight, and the strangest thing happened. It was working fine other than the usual instability and occasional crash until when we were rebooting the game and during the load sequence i accidentally killed the power to my router. Both of the games froze up as would be expected.
So I shut it down and went to open it up again, but the victoria.exe file couldn't be found by the shortcut. I opened the paradox folder and under victoria every single file was deleted. I have no idea how this happened and it's the most strange thing i've ever seen. the game crashed and apparently deleted itself from my computer? The other computer has the files still, but this one was the host comp. Any ideas on the cause of this lol?
[edit] I was running victoria 1.4 until it vanished from my computer. Also, I have windows xp, 2 gigs of ram, duel 2.8 ghz processor so I definitely have the computeing power to run the game.
