Factual error in Byzantium mission tree

Description​

The event "The Themata" states that "The Theme System has been serving us since the seventeenth century [...]", only that the seventeenth century is a hundred years in the future, and well after Byzantium ceased to exist. The Theme System is from the seventh century, not seventeenth. Clearly a typo that hasn't been caught by QA.
