My prison went on fire so I called the firefighters and they wouldn't move to the gate because there previously was a riot with hearse's blocking the way. Since I didn't have time and prison was burning down I sent the firefighters away which glitched it, leaving a fire engine + firefighters behind. Now when hearses come the glitched fire engine is still there blocking them from moving. I don't have any others saves and I spent a lot of hours into this save.
