1.02 Fatimid AI falls asleep

I'm mopping up the Holy Land with 3 000 soldiers while 17 000 Fatimid soldiers just sit around in Hebron twiddling their thumbs.

AI problem?

If the troops are from a vassal's province, then it's the bug with the AI not knowing how to use a vassal's troops it summons.
 
The AI has been vastly improved in 1.03.

I will mark this one as fixed :)
