Flashing Borders

Quick question, to which maybe a quick answer can be found

The coloured borders as well as the black-lined borders within states keep flashing whenever I move the mouse (running patch 1.03 and Windows XP, NVidia FX570m 256mb).

Is it something ever encountered, just browsed the forums and did not find such a thing.

That's odd as there have been several reports like this. They've all been resolved by updating video drivers, AFAIK.

Thanks, this is where I might be stuck with those integrated OEM drivers. Will give it a try!
