Force to Vassalize moddable?

In my games kingdoms falls like cards castles and in little time i'm(and may be, but not always, some islamic powers) the only nation can have a some shape.

The truble born with wars and rebellions...
Meanwhile i force in vassalization my rebels other countries occupy and annex them tooking badboy and this starts a spiral of caos that leave no nation.

For exemple now, i'm Norway and i'm the only nation with some power in Europe except than Cuman and Poland.
Other states, including islamic ones(with Exception of Zirids) are dissolved in a caotic mass of counties.

Is possible mod the AI to avoid this caos?
There is a solution to play a credible game?

Not moddable. The solution is not to overuse this gimmick -- the AI doesn't use it, so really neither should you.

Also make sure you're playing with the last beta patch for DV. The release has serious bugs when it comes to which countries accept vassalization offers from whom.
