Hey everyone....I've labored long and hard on this one. It's taken us 3 games and 2 years to get here and I really hope that this game is the best, longest lasting and most enjoyable one I have ever run thus far. I've had maps prepared, written dozens of updates and I wrote a 16 or 17 (?) page long document on the lore leading up to this game. Some of you may be new to the Fallout Realism series and that's alright, the veterans who have been with me sense the very beginning along with my self are happy and able to answer any questions you may have. If you're new to Fallout I'd still like to make you feel welcomed here.
If you want a very basic outline of what's happening in this game...basically the year is 2300, it's the dawn of a new century. This game will be set on a massive continent wide scale and will take on players and factions from as far south as Panama to as far north as Toronto.

Name: Skynet Age: more then 200 years old Faction: The Enclave Biography: Skynet controlls the United States Government (Or better known as the Enclave) and advises the Human President as Vice President on all matters. Currently Skynet acts as acting President after the last human president died in office.

Biography:
Elihias Cruz, was born to one of th few survivors from the original followers of Elijah from all the way out of Nevada. Her father and mother both extremely skilled in combat formed part of teh famed Elijah guards, they fought in every battle in Nevada, Northern Mexico, across the lands of the central mexico, became one of the first inhabitants of the Holy City. As a young teenager Elihias survive all the tribulations and glorified the prophet that Elijah was. At the death of Elijah in 2295 she mourned with the rest of his unit. She followed Domino in his conquest of central america, yucatan and the invasion of cuba raising through the ranks and fighting the hellish war against the heretics of yucatan. By 2298 she had become one of the highest ranked generals of the army particularly for surviving in Yucatan and actually successfully fighting to some degree.
Domino wary of him send him out of the front in patrolling and inspections across the Tierra Santa to check up in their forces and defenses around the nation. In this one year tour Elihias was appalled, she discovered how Domino had done nothing of what elijah surely wanted, to improve the live of people and bring the light of Elijah in the skies to them, he had failed and it was unacceptable.
In 2299 she gathered men of powerful positions, original crusaders and young rank members and staged a coup against Domino, claiming to be guided by the Prophet himself in a dream, Domino was quickly captured and "dissipated" with few knowing what had happened, the cabal quickly took power to avoid blood to be spilled using visions of Elijah, the prophet himself after a few execution of dissatisfied officers deemed heretics order and power was consolidated as Elihias looked how to make this land what Elijah wished for it to be.
Doctor Isaac A. Harlow Dean of the Whitaker College of Health Sciences
Name: Doctor Isaac Allen Harlow Born: January 9th, 2228 (72) College: Whitaker College of Health Sciences Biography:
Born in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2228 to two scientists of the Institute, the young Isaac Harlow spent most of his childhood surrounded by technology and various reading materials. A child prodigy he distinguished himself throughout his years in the Institute's Junior Academy, eventually graduating in 2246 and joining the Institute's Medical Sciences Division.
Pursuing a full study in medicine, medical sciences and gene alteration theories he would be issued with a doctorate in 2253 and receive assignment to the surgical team of the Medical Sciences Division: operating on humans, androids and studying their cases. Over the course of the next fifteen years he would continue such duties, eventually rising to become Chief Surgeon of the Division and one of most influential figures in Medical Science in the Commonwealth.
Doctor Harlow would seek more however: his early successes and rapid rise within the Division had made him highly ambitious and he desired not only to rise higher in the Division but also within the Institute. Over the course of the next five years he waited patiently, all the while making friends and increasing his reputation, before eventually moving to oust the Head Doctor of the Division, attaining the title for himself.
A key visionary of the android application and their uses he steamed ahead with the project alongside a number of colleagues including Doctor Zimmer. The loss of a number of androids and a few critical failures however damaged his credibility and after a particularly bad altercation with the Head Dean of the Institute, Alexander Johnson, he found himself unable to advance further and that his funding was insufficient.
His authority was further eroded by the spiteful Head Dean when the Institute reformed the Commonwealth into the Technocracy of Massachusetts: the divisions within the Institute were abolished as it itself became the governing body of the new technocratic state, instead they were replaced by a number of Colleges and with Harlow at odds with the Head Dean he found he was not named the Dean of the Whitaker College of Health Sciences, instead relegated to the minor role as a Professor.
Luck would grace him however with Johnson's stroke in 2282 and his replacement by Doctor Fowler of the Sloan College of Management. With a new face and a new chance, Doctor Harlow reinvigorated himself and having composed a number of thesis as well as involving himself more in the College he succeeded in ousting the incumbent Dean with a well organized 'coup' by the Professors.
With a large budget and ambiguous objectives to follow the Dean set out to entrench himself and build his legacy: experimentation on gene alteration, artificial body parts and the likes reached an all time high and although many ended in horrific failures they were hidden away and the results filed away as 'sensitive state material'.
Now at the dawn of a new century, the aging Dean wishes to prove himself once more, to advance the cause of the Technocracy.

Biography: Phillip was born into a family of U.S. officers stationed in Ronto, or they had at least always lived in Ronto as far as Phillip knew. As Phillip grew up in the safety of the military, he didn't visit the harshness of the wasteland until he was 22 years old. It was on that trip his childhood friend Jack Dullhorth was killed by a mutated moose that was later killed and now hangs in Phillips office.
After Phillip joined the military he rapidly rose the ranks and became one of General Amenth's close advisors. When he was mysteriously killed, Phillip took up the title general and began to rule Ronto as any military man would do.

Biography:Previously Katherine Moreau's Commander of the Union Military Forces as Secretary of Defense, Matthews quickly took the reins of the Union after Moreau's death and has begun leading them in their war against the Brotherhood of Steel. His family had been military for generations, dating back to before the great war, in fact one of his ancestors had been in Anchorage when the communists invaded. Thus it was little surprise when Thomas joined the armed forces and rose quickly through the ranks. However, it came as a slight shock when he was appointed Secretary of Defense by Overseer Katherine Moreau at the age of 21 at the rank of Brigadier General. In 2293, after the death of Overseer Moreau, both Thomas Matthews of Defense and Maximilian Merridew of Internal Affairs were nominated equally by the other four chairmen. However, Merridew stepped down in favor of the Defense Secretary, giving Matthews the position of Overseer.
Thomas is not the sole member of his family, his twin sister, Melissa Matthews, as well as his younger brother, Peter Matthews are in the Union Military Forces as well. Their father had died in service shortly after Peter was born and their mother died giving birth, many say that their father couldn't cope with his loss. In any case, Thomas had made it his life goal to return peace to the war-ridden Union and to protect his people at all costs.
It is possible that Moreau had seen this honorable sense of patriotism in the Brigadier General and had chosen him to lead the Union Military due to it. As the decision had insured a loyal staff under her control, and Matthews was plenty competent, bright, and fierce to keep the military operating at it's maximum efficiency.
Position: Rightful ruler of the Legion, the one true heir to Caesar, Imperator of all legions.
Bio: Born in late 2282 to Caesar and a female slaver by the name of Zenobia, he was given the birth name of Jack Sallow. Following Jack’s birth, his mother fled into exile to keep him safe and wait for the proper time to strike. As such she found shelter north of New Vegas, in a large house a bit off the highway, with 80 guards, some of her mother’s own men, others some that Caesar had sent with her for their protection, led by Gallus Merula Salinus.
Caesar gathered plenty of books, and texts on the Roman Empire, and had them sent to his son, hoping to influence him as well, and enlighten him in his education. As such Jack gained a large knowledge of the empire, as well as of its Emperors. Zenobia decided to keep her and her son out of the affairs following Caesar’s death, deciding him to still be too young to be able to gather proper support amongst the men, and the people. Jack also helped with slaving when he could, but he never was much good at it, and mainly kept to his books, which his mother eventually allowed, and relented, instead trying to find other ways to train him.
At the age of 14, Jack took his new name, with his father’s death, half a roughly half a decade earlier, and with Vulpes disaster in Utah, the Legion needed more competent leadership. As such the name Octavius Caesar Augustus was taken, and the name of Jack Sallow was banned from being spoken, on pain of torture and death.
Now at the age of 17, the time has come to reveal himself, Vulpes is deeply unpopular and an improper man to lead the Legion. As such, Octavius Caesar Augustus sets out, with his retinue to rally support for his cause against the usurper of his rightful throne.
Augustus has all the vigor, charm, and youthful appearance of a seventeen year old boy. His hair is blonde with a golden glare, with slightly curly ends. His eyes are blue in color, clear, bright and piercing in vision. He is not particularly tall, standing at 178cm, and not very muscular or bulky either, instead being thin and slim of stature. His teeth are well kept, and healthy. He is always clean shaven. His nose is not of large, or of very big width. His complexion is fair, but with a golden tan from his time in the sun.
Name: Ron Shirley Position: Head Councillor of The DC Confederation (or other, TBD) Age: 51 Faction: The DC Confederation
Biography:Originally a Guard for Rivet City, Shirley rose to be the Captain of the city's guards, and was popular enough and diligent enough in his duties to be granted a position on the rivet City Council. Under his guidance, spurred on by the violence and conflict around it, Rivet City gradually expanded its hold over the Southeastern DC area, and thawed its isolationism.
His was the driving force behind the DC Council, the alliance of factions in the DC area that sought to protect themselves, and in extension, each other from raiders, slavers, monsters and mutants. Shirley helped broker the deal with Lyon's Pride soldiers after the DC Brotherhood of Steel initially split, and it as this Union of civil and military might that prompted the formation of Columbia, the government that would go on to form the DC Confederation.
Through it all, Shirley stood by his people and through his determination and will convinced the other Councillors of Rivet City to follow the path he aligned. Through the city's growing pains, and through the painful birth of a new nation, stronger than ever before, Shirley has been present, and after 20 years of governance, he is largely considered the patriarch of the DC Confederation.
As the 24th Century dawns, Ron Shirley will once again look to the future, and seek to guide his people to prosperity through its murky paths.
Age: 24 (2976) Faction: The Legion Position: Imperial Legate, Follower of the Rightful Imperator Caesar
Born in the spring of 2976 to Gallus Merula Salinus, one of Caesar’s best warriors and the man entrusted with the protection of his son and heir, Octavius Caesar Augustus, Caius Gallus Salinus is a true son of the Legion. Trained in all manner of warfare and weaponry from the time he could walk, Caius is the embodiment of a warrior and one of the most skilled fighters in the Legion. Physically, Caius is quite imposing – he is incredibly strong, tough, and much taller and broader than most men his age. He is also no lightweight mentally - he has been taught by his father in matters of strategy (finding personal inspiration in the military legacy of the first Caesar, the founder of the Legion and the Son of Mars himself) and possesses a cunning and resourcefulness one might not expect given his brutish appearance. He is firm in his devotion to the Legion and aspires to one day be a full-fledged general with a command over thousands of soldiers. Caius grew up watching over the young Jack Sallow as one of his many guards, developing a friendship and admiration for the boy’s intelligence and strong character. Following his father’s death in the winter of 2997, Caius was chosen to succeed him as the leader of the eighty man force sworn to Jack, now named Octavius Caesar Augustus. He believes Caesar to be the rightful ruler of the Legion, and will stop at nothing to ensure this becomes a reality by defeating the reviled pretender Vulpes.
Name: Daniel Young
Age: 27
Faction: The Holy State of Utah
Position: Living Prophet
Biography:
Daniel Young is the leader of the Mormons at New Canaan. He is called their "Living Prophet", genuinely considered (by believers) to be the current prophet of God's will on earth, and successor to Jeremiah Rigdon, who died in 2298. Born in New Canaan, Daniel was taught about the mystery of God from an early age, and spent his formative years learning to do the work of a missionary. He learned the languages and dialects of many different tribes in and around Utah, and was also taught medicine to be able to endear himself to the tribals.
He was only twenty when sent to the south of Utah, to convert those tribes who were willing to follow in the path of God. The tribes were converted, but not by his hand. Rather, they were converted by the crusading army of Joshua Graham, which Daniel vehemently opposed. He nearly fired on Graham when they once met during one of Graham's campaigns against the southern tribes, but was unable to pull the trigger. Daniel remained among the tribes for a time, tending to those who had suffered during the crusade.
He returned to New Canaan in 2298, only to fall ill with a terrible fever, just around the same time that Prophet Rigdon passed away, leaving the Canaanites without a leader. He spoke in strange tongues during his sickness, only to miraculously recover the next day, claiming to have received a vision from God that he was the living prophet to replace Jeremiah Rigdon. Much as there had initially been for Prophet Rigdon, there was push back from both the Bishop of New Canaan and the secular leaders of the city, but by 2300 he has become excepted in his role as Living Prophet. He continues to receive the word of God, and preaches about the importance of purity of heart and seeking reconciliation with the tribes to the south who seem to worship Graham.
Daniel is only in his late twenties, and is new to his office, but he handles it well, maintaining an aura of polite calmness in all things. He is considered to be very understanding and is often looked to for wisdom, even outside of his role as leader of the Canaanites. He has taken no wives, saying that the prophet should remain pure of lusts of the flesh. He has short brown hair hair, stubble, and white skin. Unlike some leaders in the wastes, Daniel does not drape himself in finery and dresses simply in a white cotton shirt and blue jeans, as well as often being seen in his hat. While he carried a pistol during his time as a missionary, he has stopped since becoming the Living Prophet.
Name: Victoria Amenth
Age: 17

Biography:
Victoria was born in December of 2282 to George Amenth and Mel, one of his lieutenants. Despite the fact that George likely had a large number of bastard children from Michgan to New York, Victoria was the first one he actually took any interest in (possibly due to his respect for her mother).
Victoria was raised in a large estate in Georgetown, though she took frequent trips to the Pitt with her father. When her father was away leading Ashur's armies Victoria was left to be watched after by the slaves, taking a liking to them as people, rather than just seeing them as animals like her father did. Despite their differences in how they viewed slavery, Victoria was very fond of her father and he of her, though that didn't make him go soft on her in her training.
As would be expected of George Amenth's child, Victoria learned how to fight from an early age, developing impressive skills with a knife and a rifle. But George did not end her education there. If there was one thing he appreciated about his youth in Ronto it was his exposure to all kinds of learning and her insisted that Victoria's childhood would be no different. She studied history, engineering, art, whatever literature could be found really. She also was given a puppy, which she named Athena, at the age of twelve which she was expected to train and provide for.
By the time she turned fifteen Victoria found that she had grown restless in the Empire, wanting to set out on her own like her father had when he was young. In the dead of night she packed her bags and left Georgetown while her father was in The Pitt on business and headed west.
After more than a year of travel and too many brushes with death to count, Victoria finally reached New Vegas just in time to celebrate the new year for 2300. That and finally wash her hair.
Bio: Born to a Wealthy and Influencial family, who comprised of Millitary and Public Officals, Max should have had an easy life. However his father never wanted to let him settle, if you stop adapting you die, was his fathers slogan. So adapt was exactly what he did, he taught himself Languages, Millitary Tactics and would give speeches in front of a mirror. His entire life as a Child was to prepare for the future, whatever he might hold.
At the age of 18 he entered the Millitary where he served with Honour and distinction, gaining praise from High Commsnd, due to this promotions came quick and fast andby 25 he reached Colonel. By 27 he had became the Secretary for the interior
Now there is a new Overseer he is optimistic about the future of the Union.
Name: Facade Age: ??? Faction: Facade's Army Position: Leader of Facade's Army
Biography: Facade is unique among the Supermutants of DC. Unlike most of his brethren, Facade is very intelligent and is able to communicate with the other denizens of the Wasteland. That explains why the DC Supermutants (who are far less intelligent than their West Coast counterparts) were able to strike a deal to leave DC and journey south to claim a stretch of land from Southern Virginia to all the way through the Carolinas and all of the people inhabiting those lands as slaves. With the Supermutants now stable after their conquest of Charleston, North Carolina, they are now poised to continue their conquests South. Things seem to be looking up for Facade in this new century.
