International Institute of Aeronautics
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Institute I would like to extend an offer to the scientists, philanthropists and businessmen of the world to attend the institute's annual conference in Bern later this year. To give a clearer picture, our institute aims to become the driving force behind the research and development of Aeronautics and other associated technologies. Further, we hope that by doing so we can benefit humankind as a whole and inspire the youth to get more interested in this field.
Before I forget, foreign dignitaries are also invited to attend this conference and share their input in the process. Finally, if any further details are needed Dr. Hans Käslin, the Institute's Director of Research, is available and can be contacted through telegram.
Let us reach for the skies, and then the heavens!

care of His Imperial Majesty the Sultan;
from the most esteemed offices of His Majesty's Government, namely
His Constitutional Majesty Joseph of the Greeks
care of His Excellency Alexandros Koumoundouros
After sincere and careful consideration on the part of His Constitutional Majesty of the offer communicated to ourselves by the Porte, His Majesty has decided to dispatch an emissary to the conference which is being held in the city of Constantinople. It is the hope of the Kingdom of Greece that the grievances which have in the past gone so far as to characterise the entire nature of Greco-Ottoman relations may be put to rest, and that a spirit of amity and concord may prevail between our realms.
