The Sale of Aerial Battleships
As per our previously negotiated price, I am pleased to present the official sale order of two Aerial Battleships to the government of the Ottoman Empire. I see no reason to shroud this deal in secrecy, so I am making the official purchase order open to the public. However, I am warning all those involved in the Serbo-Turkish War to avoid attacking these ships while they are still in the authority and the property of the South German government, as this would be considered an attack upon the South German Confederacy.
Sale of Two Aerial Battleships from the South German Confederacy to the Ottoman Empire
1.The South German Confederacy will construct two Aerial Battleships and transport them to Constantinople, where they will be turned over to the authority of the Ottoman Empire.
2. Upon delivery of the two Aerial Battleships, the Ottoman Empire will pay the South German government £350,000.
3. Within the six months following the delivery, the Ottoman Empire will pay the South German Confederacy another £350,000.
