Romania will stand down it's attack plans for Transylvania. The attack force will be turned into a defense force until the treaty is signed. Austria will stand down their attack on Romania. Bulgaria will stand down their attack on Romania. Austria will hold a plebiscite in Transylvania region.
We went into this war to unify our people. We have seen our mistake in fighting for it. We ask for peace and a chance to unify us diplomatically.

The Romanian offer can't be accepted, as it ignores ceding the bulgarian lands back to Bulgaria while it threatening our natural border on the Carpathian mountains during wartime, paving the way to more problems in the future...While holding a plesbicite during war-time wouldn't be the smartest of choices.
We suggest that the romanian government negotiates a offer that will satisfy the needs of all sides if they truly desire peace.
Only thing i can confirm is that all cultures will enjoy the same rights once the reforms have been finished.

OOC: There is absolutely no way you guys are going to get away with making demands like that with Romania. Misiame, I'd suggest a back-up plan for guerrilla warfare if Austria and Bulgaria break through your defenses. Your lines should be at a river right now though, so you should be able to hold pretty well if you have available reserves.
I'm also wondering how Bulgaria and Austria will be able to assualt Romania, when Bulgaria already has most of its troops in Greece and Austria in Italy.

OOC : I have around 3 or so units in Romania, and well, i don't really care about changes on the frontier apart from giving Bulgaria everything south of the danube 
If he really wants peaces he needs to be ready to give a good deal, i don't see anything apart from losses to our side in his offer.

OOC: I have orders from Austria-Hungary, Romania, The Kuomintang, Japan, Russia, The Spartacus league, Mexico, South Africa, the US, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands. I'm on a short vacation currently, and will be able to write updates fast if you just get them in.
