Hello, everybody! I am Artistove, and this is my GoT forum game, The Rebellion! This game will be based on the War of the Usurper (282-283 AL) in the ASoIaF book series, which in real life, ultimately destroyed the almost three-century old Targaryen regime. Anyways, let's get on with the rules:
How to Play
Each player will play as a certain major House in Westeros, from the House of Targaryen to the House of Darry or Frey, meaning you have to play as a Lord (except the Kingsguard). Each player has to issue orders every turn, which is the equivalent of about 2 months in the game. If it gets slower later on, PM me in the chat. The only exceptions to this rule are members of the King's Royal Council, who get to do two decisions in the game.
When submitting your orders, please state the Head of your Dynasty at the beginning of every turn, with their age, their family, their three major traits (which are based on CK2 traits and special personal traits), and their Special Item (if they have one, like a Valyrian sword, dragon, etc.)
For example:
Eddard Stark (age 20)
Traits: Honourable, Just, Skilled Warrior
Family: Catelyn Tully (age 19, Wife) and Robb Stark (age 0, Son)
Special Item: Ice (Valyrian Sword)
Orders: Calling the banners to gather their 35,000 men in the capital, Winterfell. Later planning to move to the Frey Lands and helping the Vale and Riverlands.
The King also has his very own Kingsguard, in which players can play as the Lord Commander and the other six Kingsguard themselves, and his own Small Council, which consists of the players.
You also get certain random events made by me, the moderator, which can impact these certain areas of your nation:
Income
Troops/Levy
Navy
Morale
War
Unrest
Health of your Family and Character
Warfare is made by a roll of the die and certain modifiers, and can also spawn a random event in favour of your character, giving them a new, better trait, or wounding,
