Using a pre-MegaCorp DlC save with the galactic wonders perk already unlocked does not grant access to the new megastructures and require obtaining the perk a second time. Takes up valuable AP space.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
This is because, in the game, there are two version of the ascension perk, one for those with megacorp and one for those without. We do always recommend starting a new game whenever the game updates via DLC or base game upgrades.
