Game constantly crashing PS4 version

Does anyone else have this issue and know how to resolve it I’m playing on PS5 but using the PS4 version every time I go onto to the game it works for about a minute or two and then crashes please help

Well there are several CTD from saves reported in the bug forum. Unfortunately if you refer to that post link above I did not see an answer.
