game crash after unpausing

hello, I havent played in a few weeks and today I tried to play and everytime I hit the unpause button my game crashes.
This is verry strange I dont know why this happens it never did bevor.
I dont know why this could happen, the only thing I changed on my pc was the newest nvidia patch.
I´ll add my gamefile, is there anything else I can add that helps?

Edit: I just found a older save and that one works normally, so I gues its my save file that is broken?

The last few patches are:

• 2018-12-07 - Patch 3.0.1.1 released (as Beta patch)
• 2018-12-05 - Patch 3.0.1 released
• 2018-11-13 - Patch 3.0 released (alongside Holy Fury)

If 'a few weeks' goes back before then, that is the problem - 2.8.x games are not compatible with the 3.x patches.
