Game crash at the first battle

Hi guys,
So the game always crashes on me at the first battle in the main campaign against the rebel forces in the woods. After the loading screen is complete the game just goes to a black screen.
I can play scenarios just fine.
Anyone else encountered this problem? I already sent a email to support.
