Game crashes after load cinematics

Hello I just installed eic and all seemed well. I opened it up and watched the cinematics then the games closes with the microsoft this program has quit responding.

I installed patch 2 but no other patches but it still did not fix my problems.

there is no shortcut anywhere to be found and the only way of starting the game is taking the cd out or clicking on cd drive.

Anyone have any suggestions????

thx I did not realize there was a patch 3 I'm loading it now. How do you update drives?

Go to your graphics card manufacturer's webpage and look there for instructions. I have Nvidia and update here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
