Game crashes on a specific date on create_artifact effect

Description​

Game crashes on the 25th of January, seems that it is independent of anything. error.log contains a large list of errors which starts with an error about attempt to create artifact which is not supported, since I don't have required DLC:

[22:11:12][jomini_script_system.cpp:276]: Script system error!
Error: create_artifact effect [ Attempting to create a court artifact without a DLC unlocking that functionality ]

Steps to reproduce​

1. Load provided save on a setup with no DLCs
2. Fastforward until 25th of January
