Game Crashes on Policy Tab

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, starting new games and starting the game in safe mode, and still I have the issue of the Policy tab freezing and crashing my game. This didn't used to happen and I'm not sure what is causing it. I started a new game yesterday (again) and got to open my policy tab twice, now every time after it freezes and crashes. I miss playing but I also need my policy tab!! Anyone have any suggestions/fixes?!

I have attached the suggested log & DXDIAG.

Does this only happen in some existing save game/prison, or also in any new one you might start as a test?

It happens on existing and new games/prisons.

Please try this:

- uninstall PA from Steam
- unsubscribe from all mods in this game's Steam Workshop

Delete the following folders if still present:

- Steam/SteamApps/common/PA
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Introversion/Prison Architect/
(keep any valued save games, of course)
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Now install PA again and see how that goes please!
