Does not sound like it has anything to do with hardware or driver support.
 
My point was it sounds like you are trying to report a bug, and this is not a bug reporting forum and I have nothing to do with bugs. Also you cannot report bugs unless you have encountered them with a vanilla install, that is you do not have any user made mods or edits to the game. Read the sticky threads for details.
 
Never get fixed if you don't report it.
 
Oh I was not aware you used a mod, in that case the report would not be valid.
