game crashes when I try to form Armenia

Description​

Playing as Karabakh, I got all the provinces required to form Armenia and the decision was enabled, but when I clicked the "Kingdom of Armenia" decision the game crashed. I restarted the game three times and tried again and it crashed each time. Then I started the game again, quit to menu, and started the game again, and this time the decision worked to form Armenia without crashing.

Steps to reproduce​

Unfortunately, I don't have the save file that crashed because it worked the fourth time and I didn't think to copy the save file over beforehand. But all I did to cause the crash was open the game and click the "Kingdom of Armenia" decision.
