Game crashes when trying to start a new round

Trying to start a modded game with a custom empire, but when trying to load the map graphics, the game crashes. I am able to boot the game up, select an empire, and determine the galaxy's settings, but the loading screen after that is when it crashes. I provided four files related to the crash, because I have no clue which one it could actually be logged in (error log is too absurdly long), and I am a complete and utter novice when it comes to Stellaris technical stuff.

We can't help with modded games here I'm afraid. Does this happen with a new unmodded galaxy?

If not best to post in User Mods, and specify what mod(s) you are using there.

The galaxy works fine without mods. As for posting this in the mods section, I'll do that. I wasn't sure on that because I didn't know if the crash reports there were misplaced or not. I am also not sure if someone can move this thread to that section, or if I need to make a brand-new one.
