Every mod. Every. Even Road to '56 won't work. I either get a "Failed to load the map" or "An error has occured."

Looks more like incompatible mods or corrupted gamefiles to me than a bug with the game.

Most of the mods I use are compatible, and I checked the integrity of the game files. I turned off and on the laptop but it still works like that.

No. That's exactly the issue here. It crashes every time when I use a mod before I can even access menu
