Game crashing on launch, verified files, no mods, reinstalled after manual deletion of all files, verified again, still crashing.

Description​

Game crashes during launch. Music begins to play then the game crashes a few seconds later and never makes it to menu screen.

I have:

- Verified the files through steam
- Deleted the pdx_settings file as recommended on another forum. didn't work.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled.
- Manually deleted all CK3 files in documents and steamapps, then reinstalled, and verified files again.

Game continues to crash on launch. No issues with other games.

Steps to reproduce​

Try to play the game. Game says no.
