Game crashing when bishopric is assigned.

As the title of the thread says, whenever I create a bishopric in one my provinces, my game always crashes; right after I press the OK button. It freezes, then when I minimize the game there is an error message saying an unhandled exception. When I press the OK button, the game closes. I am using Deus Vult 2.1, the DVIP, DVIP Addon, and BOPACK Graphics.

Have you installed the latest beta-patch ? That of october 2008

Does it also happen with an unmodded game ?

Yes, I have the latest patch. I don't know if it crashes in the unmodded game, as I put in DVIP right away.

It is unlikely that DVIP is causing it, but still try an unmodded version first.

And has it happened in several games ? With different nations ?

No, only with my current, first game. I can try doing it in another game, if you want.

I just did the same game, but switched to the kingdom of Croatia. It didn't crash when I assigned a bishopric. I am currently playing the Duchy of Slesvig, who inherited the kingdom of Sweden.
