Game crashing

The game keeps crashing after starting the game in the launcher, "Resume" and "Play" does not do anything different, it still keeps crashing.

It works in safe mode but does not open the launcher and I can't keep using safe mode forever.

Re-installing does not fix it...

On Xbox every time I go in any mode of the game it crashes within like 1 minute, it didn't do this at first but at day 23 it just all of the sudden crashed and now it just keeps doing it

Is this just in one particular prison? Or also in any new one you might start as a test?

I didn't try a new one yet but I looked it up and people say that it happens even if you start a new one

Well, your problem may or may not be from the same cause as theirs; I can only suggest you do that test!

No, since we don't know what your problem is yet. And of course if this is a game bug, it'll need a patch for it to be fixed.

Can you try with a new prison please?
