Game editor problems

Hello, I need advice on how to get the game back to its original settings after I messed with the game editor.

I've tried uninstalling the game and going into regedit to delete what I could find but when I reinstall the game my tainted settings are still there. I thought uninstalling would delete all the saved games and settings made in the editor. Help please.

Uninstalling doesn't delete the saved games which is what the editor seems to corrupt; those are in (by default)

Program Files/Paradox Interactive/HOI2/scenarios/save games

delete this folder and re-install and you should be fine.

Thank you for helping sbr. I was able to locate my saved games and delete them.

I'm still having problems with the game editor though. The changes that I made in the editor are still there and I want to get the game back to normal and I don't know how. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the changes are still there. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don't use the editor again, it only really works barely at v1.0 doomsday. Anything after that it simply breaks things.
