Greetings,

I have enjoyed HOI, HOI2 and recently found DD and Armageddon in the store. Pretty familiar with the game and patch procedures. I am running a "Armageddon" patched version of the Road to War scenario just to see how it played differently. I've managed to conquer the Allies and the U.S. and was starting to look East again but the "30 second" time freezes are getting longer and longer. I did read the post about the event checking. There must be a lot of events! The freezes are lasting about two minutes now at each "5am" or other time frame. It is making the game almost unplayable. Is this something that always happens with this mod "Armageddon" and patch as you advance in years? I hate to have to restart my conquest and leave unfinished business (before starting again anyway). Is there anything I can do before starting over? I just acquired Me-262s and wanted to fly against the Red Air Force!

What patch of Arma did you install?

1.2 corrected some of the Ghost Fleet problems (not all) that make gameplay a bit better.
 
Okay, sorry.

I'm running 1.2 (BICW) (what ever that means) since I was using Arma and intentionally not 1.3 which is for DD.
I have the DXdiag.txt file and I believe the settings.cfg located (the one in the Arma folder). It says I can't post attachments at the bottom of the thread though. The sticky says to share all the vitals but I'm missing the "how" to post them to the forum. Sorry. Rookie Poster.
 
I also have this problem, playing ARMA 1.2 in MP with my friend. I am Great Britain - started in 1936. My friend is USA. It was fine up until the past year or so, and now everyday at 15:00 it locks up and freezes until 18:00-19:00 (about 15-20 seconds), VERY ANNOYING and makes the game unplayable. Current game year is 1951.

We tried using the ghost fleet save game fixer but it corrupted the save, with all the provinces having huge numbers for resources, infrastructure etc.

I am having a similar issue as well fully patched before playing almost near end game.
