I have a saved game here, when you load it up and unpause it, the game should freeze up. CPU usage will spike up to 100% and the game will stop responding. You will have to ctrl-alt-delete and kill the process. This happens on both my desktop and laptop.
I'm using windows 7, running the latest patch, checksum matches, and I'm not using any mods or DLC.
I was having this problem every once in a while, but it was infrequent and I would just restart the game. Now its happening every time within a few seconds of unpausing it. I have a feeling that some event is happening which crashes it.
